This Platform is a non-commercial demonstration project with no registered business entity. We strongly recommend using only fictitious data. While we strive to handle your data responsibly and in accordance with GDPR principles, the experimental nature of this Platform means we cannot guarantee data security or permanence. Your data may be deleted at any time.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is a private individual developing this Platform for demonstration and portfolio purposes. This is a personal project with:

  • No registered business entity
  • No commercial activity
  • No third-party data sharing or selling

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary for the Platform to function:

Email Address

  • Required for account registration and authentication
  • Used to send magic link login codes
  • Not used for marketing or newsletters
  • Not shared with any third parties

User-Generated Content

  • Menu items, categories, and descriptions you create
  • Place names and settings you configure
  • Images you upload

We do NOT collect: payment information, precise location data, browsing history, or any data for profiling or advertising purposes.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed solely to:

  • Enable account creation and secure login via magic link
  • Provide the Platform's demonstration features
  • Improve Platform functionality based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

  • Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — provided when you register and agree to the Terms of Use
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for operating and improving this demonstration project

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on secure servers
  • Authentication is handled via Supabase with industry-standard security
  • Important: Given the experimental nature of this Platform, we cannot guarantee data permanence. All data may be deleted at any time without notice.

6. Cookies

The Platform uses only essential technical cookies required for authentication and basic functionality. We do not use:

  • Tracking cookies
  • Advertising cookies
  • Third-party analytics cookies

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — delete your account and all associated data (available in Profile settings)
  • Restrict processing — limit how we use your data
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
  • Complaint — file a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (UODO in Poland)

8. Data Retention

  • Email addresses — stored until you delete your account
  • User content — stored until you delete it or your account
  • Note: The Administrator reserves the right to delete all Platform data at any time due to the experimental nature of this project

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses:

  • Supabase — for authentication (email/magic link login)

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
