First Steps

After creating an account, you need a Place— that's your restaurant / café / bar. Everything else lives inside a place.

Path A — "I just want a website with my menu"

  1. Create a place
  2. Add menu items (or import from templates)
  3. Settings → Features → enable Website
  4. Pick a subdomain and template
  5. Done — your menu is live

Path B — "I want to take orders and payments"

  1. Create a place
  2. Add menu items (or import from templates)
  3. Settings → Features → enable Orders (and Payments if needed)
  4. Open a business day
  5. Start creating orders

You can combine both paths. Enable Website + Orders + Payments to get the full experience.
